Many meetings now take place over video or audio conferencing platforms like Zoom,, Skype, and Google Hangouts. These platforms provide the wonderful ability to meet remotely, but users often encounter a handful of common technical difficulties. Issues related to internet connection and speed are more difficult to solve, but many such issues (like audio or webcam hiccups) can be prevented with a bit of troubleshooting. In this class, we’ll walk through the set up process to make sure your next meeting takes place seamlessly.
