Troubleshooting Virtual Meeting Software

Many meetings now take place over video or audio conferencing platforms like Zoom, Join.me, Skype, and Google Hangouts. These platforms provide the wonderful ability to meet remotely, but users often encounter a handful of common technical difficulties. Issues related to internet connection and speed are more difficult to solve, but many such issues (like audio or webcam hiccups) can be prevented with a bit of troubleshooting. In this class, we’ll walk through the set up process to make sure your next meeting takes place seamlessly.

Speaker: Anne Haag is a Practice Management Advisor at the Chicago Bar Association. Anne worked as a patent paralegal at a Chicago IP firm before arriving at the CBA in 2017 as the Law Practice Management and Technology department’s trainer/coordinator.
