The State of Middle Market M&A (05/12/22)

This program will address the current state of middle-market mergers and acquisitions (M&A), in an interactive panel discussion format. The panel of experienced M&A attorneys and investment bankers with their fingers on the pulse of the current M&A market will focus on:  Recent trends in how deals are structured, priced and sourced; the impact of inflation, supply chain disruptions, the so-called "Great Resignation", the war in Ukraine and ESG initiatives on M&A transactions; recent changes in the due diligence process and which provisions are being more thoroughly negotiated than in the past, among other topics.
