Sexual Harassment Bystander Intervention Training (12/12/23)
Includes a Live Web Event on 12-12-2023 at 3:00 PM (CST)
The CBA's sexual harassment prevention training session will better enable lawyers and law firm staff to prevent, combat and appropriately redress sexual harassment in the legal workplace. The CBA’s training session meets the minimum standards for sexual harassment bystander intervention training outlined in the Municipal Code of Chicago Section 6-10-040(b)(1)(C)(ii) and is tailored to lawyers and other law firm staff.
Each attorney registration includes access for 5 additional law firm staff members to complete the training. Additional staff members may be registered for a fee of $25 per every 5 registrants. Staff member participation at the live program will be tracked through the CBA’s webcasting system and a list can be furnished upon request to email@example.com. **Although the CBA will provide a sample certificate of completion, employer-participants, not CBA nor its volunteer trainers, are responsible for ensuring each of their employees satisfy the training requirements under applicable state law/municipal code** Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to be provided a link to register additional staff members for the webinar. If an attorney wishes to receive IL MCLE credit for the program, they must individually register and attend the program.
