Please join the CBA's International and Foreign Law Committee for a panel seminar, Russia and Ukraine: Perspectives and Export Control Updates, discussing the evolving situation with Russia and Ukraine. Mollie Sitkowski, Partner at Faegre Drinker, will discuss the latest Russian sanctions and export controls. Mollie will provide an overview of the Russian sanctions beginning in 2014, the current state, export licensing requirements and best practices for export controls. Dan Terleckyi, an attorney with Powell & Pisman PLLC and the host of podcast "Ukraine Watch," will provide his insight and unique perspective as a political observer into the evolving situation with Ukraine.
