As a new attorney, you may feel intimidated at the prospect of appearing in court for the first time, or need some pointers to improve your confidence. This program will provide you with a basic overview of what to expect when you arrive at court (in person or virtually), how to draft your first order, how to deal with opposing counsel, how to prepare and comport yourself in front of the judge and more.
