Practice Basics: Responding To Written Discovery (6/21/2021)

As a new attorney, one of the first jobs you will likely be tasked with is drafting or responding to written discovery. This program will provide you with a basic overview of the process so that you can have a leg up and hit the ground running when you get your first assignment. The discussion will include an overview of the rules of civil procedure applicable to written discovery, as well as tips for how to appropriately draft and respond to interrogatories, requests for production of documents and requests to admit. Q&A is welcome and encouraged.
