Online Reputation Management & Google My Business for Lawyers (4/20/2021)
Includes a Live Event on 04-20-2021 at 2:00 PM (CDT)
Do you know what people are saying about you online? There are hundreds of online review sites, such as Yelp and Google, as well as legal directories such as Avvo and lawyerratingz.com where anyone can add a review of your services. In this session we will discuss the ethics issues around responding to online reviews, how to get some control over the information that appears at the top of search results and how a firm can leverage reviews and their online presence. We’ll also discuss how Google My Business can help you manage your online presence and serve as an important and powerful online marketing tool.
Speaker: Gyi Tsakalakis founded AttorneySync to help lawyers attract clients from the internet. As a lawyer himself, he is acutely aware of the unique considerations of effectively and ethically marketing a law practice online. Gyi currently is a member of the ABA Law Practice Division Client Development & Marketing Committee. He is also a product advisor to Lawmatics and Of Counsel to Levinson and Stefani. He is also a regular writer and speaker on digital legal marketing. Gyi co-hosts both the Clienting and Legal Talk Network’s Lunch Hour Legal Marketing podcast.
