Litigating High Stakes Damages Cases (06/23/22)

This seminar will focus on educating civil trial lawyers on both the plaintiff and defense side on how to effectively litigate and try catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases for their respective clients.  The panel consists of veteran plaintiff and defense trial lawyers who will provide diverse perspective to any lawyer practicing tort law and Hon. John Ehrlich, Circuit Court of Cook County, Law Division, will provide insight and perspective from the Bench.
