Lawyer Wellness: Keeping it Together during the Holidays and Thriving in the New Year (12/14/20)

The busy holiday season is here (and happening during a global pandemic no less)!  Stresses from work and home life are colliding for even the most collected lawyer. Join CBA President Maryam Ahmad for a discussion on how to create balance while practicing law during this busy season with Dr. Diana Uchiyama, LAP Executive Director, Dr. Tony Pacione, Deputy Director for the Illinois Lawyers’ Assistance Program, and Justice Jesse Reyes, Illinois Appellate Court. Panelists will share resources available to help Illinois lawyers, judges and law students improve their wellness in order to survive the now and also thrive with the turn of the calendar.
