Since the world went remote in March, there have been countless considerations given to keeping your firm’s technology secure while working remotely. That’s a hugely important conversation, but the softer side of management skills are important too! How do you effectively manage your team when you’re not physically in the same space every day? You don’t want to micromanage, but you also don’t want to leave your team members feeling forgotten or too disconnected. In this seminar, we’ll discuss how you can find this middle ground and foster a healthy work culture from home.
