In order to be the best lawyer you can be, you first have to be healthy, both physically and mentally. Healthy habits often are more intuitive in the summer months, which bring with them a sense of levity. Maybe you went on a great vacation, or just felt a little lighter with the extra hours of sun. In this seminar, we’ll discuss ways to carry those healthier practice and mindsets with you throughout the year. We’ll establish firm links between health habits and your ability to practice law. We’ll explore concrete ways you can integrate these habits into your busy day-to-day routine. A healthy lawyer is a better lawyer!
Speaker: Anne Haag is a Practice Management Advisor at the Chicago Bar Association. Anne worked as a patent paralegal at a Chicago IP firm before arriving at the CBA in 2017 as the Law Practice Management and Technology department’s trainer/coordinator. She is also a certified crisis counselor and volunteers as a patient advocate in the ER.
