How to...Maintain Wellness While Working From Home
The past months have been stressful for everyone in a way that transcends our usual conversations surrounding wellness in the legal profession. However, there are still steps lawyers can take to alleviate some of the more immediate and less existential stressors that come from practicing law in times of disaster. In this session, we’ll talk about how you can maintain work/life balance while working remotely, how to make your home office more ergonomic, and other coping mechanism for trying times.
Speaker: Anne Haag is a Practice Management Advisor at the Chicago Bar Association. Anne worked as a patent paralegal at a Chicago IP firm before arriving at the CBA in 2017 as the Law Practice Management and Technology department’s trainer/coordinator. She is also a certified trauma-informed crisis intervention counselor and volunteers as a patient advocate in the ER.
