How To…Leverage Your Practice on TikTok (09/22/22)

TikTok is one of the most popular social media platforms, with 800 million active users globally. Professionals of all trades are making names for themselves on TikTok, establishing themselves as experts in their fields. For lawyers, TikTok poses a valuable marketing opportunity for any lawyer who thinks they might be able to create engaging, catchy, and helpful videos related to their practice. In this seminar, we’ll explore how you can find your voice on TikTok and explore what works for other lawyers who have a presence on the platform. We’ll also explore how you can leverage TikTok content on other platforms, Instagram and YouTube in particular. Lastly, we’ll discuss ethical considerations related to digital marketing.

Anne Haag is a Practice Management Advisor at the Chicago Bar Association. Anne worked as a patent paralegal at a Chicago IP firm before arriving at the CBA in 2017 as the Law Practice Management and Technology department’s trainer/coordinator. She is also a certified crisis counselor and volunteers as a patient advocate in the ER.
