How To…Hire the Right Candidate (05/25/22)

Filling roles with talented and motivated individuals is one of your biggest steps towards running a successful firm. Your staff is your most significant asset. In this seminar, we will discuss how you can go about finding the right individuals for your firm. We will discuss online tools to help you hire more strategically, as well as larger considerations you should keep in mind when looking for the ideal candidate. We will outline what the process should look like in order to maximize your success.

Anne Haag is a Practice Management Advisor at the Chicago Bar Association. Anne worked as a patent paralegal at a Chicago IP firm before arriving at the CBA in 2017 as the Law Practice Management and Technology department’s trainer/coordinator. She is also a certified crisis counselor and volunteers as a patient advocate in the ER.
