A law firm is made up of people and processes, as are all businesses. If you do not have uniform processes in place, you run the risk of losing integral knowledge when an employee moves on. Instead, consider creating systems to retain firm knowledge so you can avoid falling into the trap of localized knowledge. In this workshop, we will show you why and what you need to do to get started.
Gregory Gray was a senior executive in the corporate world for twenty two years before launching his consulting firm twelve years ago. He is an Executive Coach and Consultant in the areas of leadership and business efficiency.
