Text messages play a huge role in litigation today as everyone has a mobile device and those communications have to be collected and produced. Are screenshots adequate? Do you need to create a forensic image of the mobile device? What if the client has an iPhone or an Android device? In this session you’ll learn about the best methods for collecting and producing text messages and how to properly authenticate the communications. It doesn’t matter what kind of litigation you’re involved in, you’re already dealing with text messages and this session will provide you with the tools and know-how to make sure it’s all done right!
