Join us to learn about ESG developments in derivatives markets, including a new framework for assessing climate risk in derivatives markets, carbon pricing, emissions futures products and private fund governance.  We will also be discussing the legal and regulatory impacts of Black Swan events such as those that recently occurred in energy and metals derivatives markets.  Finally, representatives from several self-regulatory organizations will discuss the enforcement trends that are top of mind.
