Lea Guitterrez is both the recently promoted Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission Litigation Group Manager and its Director of Diversity and Inclusion, the latter a position she created for the ARDC while serving as Senior Litigation Counsel.

Cari Rincker is a sole practitioner in Champaign, IL and New York City ,NY concentrating in food, farm, and family law. She is also a part-time general counsel for Software Solutions Integrated, a tech company serving agricultural retailers. As well, Cari teaches courses at the University of Illinois Law School and Vermont Law School Online.

Robert Schur is the multifaceted CEO of DACRA Tech LLC. He was previously the CFO and GC for PowerReviews. With prior business experience, an MBA before his JD, and a CPA, Bobby also serves on multiple Boards of Directors.

Donna Tuke is the Executive Director of the Illinois Society of Enrolled Agents, a part-time position. She is also a self-employed tax preparation consultant, having previously been a seasonal site manager and a volunteer for the Center for Economic Progress. Donna reinvented her career in tax after pioneering in large law firm librarianship and in legal publishing.
