Since the COVID-19 pandemic began, real estate transactions in Illinois have been deemed "essential". Seven months after the state became subject to shutdown orders, we'll explore how the process of buying and selling real estate has changed. And we'll look at how lawyers can continue to practice responsibly without sacrificing the quality of their representation, mindful that real estate deals remain some of the biggest transactions that people will undertake during the course of their lives.
