The seminar seeks to explore the role of counsel to local governments and to compare those who have their own in-house legal departments and who have retained outside counsel to serve as the unit’s legal counsel. The seminar will feature speakers that are in-house counsel to units of local government as well as speakers from firms that cater to local government representation.
