Arbitration: Resolving Parties' Complex Disputes (12/09/20)

Arbitration: Resolving Parties’ Complex Disputes - Opening the Door For Diverse Lawyers in the Marketplace

The CBA’s 2nd Annual Arbitration Institute, chaired by CBA COVID-19 Recovery Co-Chair Nina Fain, will begin its annual programming with a focus on helping our members enhance their practice skills and increase revenue generating opportunities for business development.  This program will continue the CBA tradition of keeping its members and strategic alliance partners updated on alternate dispute resolution methodology that can offer practitioners information about opportunities to serve as arbitrators.

Our panelists will discuss the benefits arbitration offers during and post Covid-19 and the process for application and admission to the AAA roster of neutrals. The session will also focus on the AAA’s commitment to diversity and inclusion. The presentation is meant to be interactive and will include a Q&A portion. This session is ideal for lawyers interested in learning more about the arbitration process, or for lawyers with more than 10 years of experience who want to expand their practice skills to open up new opportunities for work now or in the future.
