Alliance for Women Committee (12/1/20)

TOPIC: Authentic Self- Promotion: Marketing Yourself in 2020 & Beyond

After the last nine months, many of us are drained from having our homes overtaken by work, trying to manage teams that have become disengaged, and processing all the other upheaval and challenge 2020 has brought.  With all the urgent concerns you’re juggling, marketing yourself internally has probably been pushed to the side. As we head into the new year, join the CBA Alliance for Women and COVID-19 Recovery Committee for an interactive program led by Amy M. Gardner.  The session will cover how to market yourself in your organization without “sucking up” or feeling inauthentic, and ensure your image and standing at work reflect all you’ve done during these tumultuous months, and all the great things you’ll do in 2021.
