TOPIC: Challenges facing Women Lawyers in the Pandemic and Strategies to Move Forward

On September 30th, McKinsey & Company and LeanIn.Org released the annual “Women in the Workplace” report.  The largest study of its kind involving 317 companies employing more than 12 million people, and including survey responses from more than 40,000 individual employees; the report suggests that women and employers need to be vigilant or risk losing the progress women have made in the workplace.   

Please join the CBA’s Alliance for Women of the CBA and the Women’s Subcommittee on COVID-19 for a panel discussion of the challenges impacting women in the law and and potential solutions to address those challenges.
