    The CBA's sexual harassment prevention training session will better enable lawyers and law firm staff to prevent, combat and appropriately redress sexual harassment in the legal workplace. The CBA’s training session meets the minimum standards for sexual harassment bystander intervention training outlined in the Municipal Code of Chicago Section 6-10-040(b)(1)(C)(ii) and is tailored to lawyers and other law firm staff.

    The CBA's sexual harassment prevention training session for managers will better enable lawyers and law firm staff who serve in managerial or supervisory roles to prevent, combat and appropriately redress sexual harassment in the legal workplace. The CBA’s training session meets the minimum requirements set forth by City of Chicago (Municipal Code of Chicago Section 6-10-040(b)(1)(C)(i)(b)) that anyone who supervises or manages employees shall participate in a second hour of sexual harassment prevention training geared toward managers/supervisors annually.
